Mac Analyser grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on macOS devices you own or control, subject to these terms and any subscription you have purchased.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Mac Analyser offers the following purchase options:

• Monthly subscription: $3.99/month, auto-renewable
• Yearly subscription: $39.99/year, auto-renewable
• Lifetime purchase: $79.99, one-time payment

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

4. Free Tier

Mac Analyser provides core system monitoring features for free. Premium features include a trial of 3 uses before requiring a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or licensing restrictions

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mac Analyser is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. System readings, battery analytics, storage analysis, and AI token tracking are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data from third-party APIs (AI providers, cloud storage services).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mac Analyser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to data loss from cache clearing operations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mac Analyser after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
